也就是说，表动作上的treatj接like，表心里上treat接As

根据Longman的解释: treat sb as/like sth都是可以的. 所以本题之所以不能选D, 乃是因为"as idiots, talking to them like they"中后面的那个like不能接句子.

原句的talking....是修饰treats
改成who...后变成修饰idiots

GMAT的考试中，除非原句的逻辑有误，否则不能改变句意
