抛开B的sufficient enough 语义重复， D 中的which也不能指代2个名词啊（the shuttle and earlier spacecraft）

应该这里可以指代两个吧, 因为根据which后面那个were, 所以指代并没有不清. 个人观点

在这里which指代前面    两个并列的   名词并没有问题，且后面were也得以验证。

我觉得which知道a and b可以。b中with出现了夹心修饰，到底是修饰前面的the shuttle and earlier spacecraft还是后面的a permanently orbiting space station有歧义
