different MBA degrees??

Hi Guys,

I would like to apply MBA type of study in US. I am having a Engineering Background.

Could someone let me know what programs/majors/schools are best suitable for a person who have a Engineering background and want to move to business world? (no specific idea about which part of business world at the moment...)

I have also heard that some top B-Schools offer a degree that combines a MBA degree and another engineering degree as a sub. Could someone let me know whether this kind of degree are better than a pure MBA degree? And how many B-school offer this kind of combined degree?
