这道题我觉得不太好，A中的from()少了从那里来。B中的from which 用which 去指代了前面的整个句子。C中的错误更多，that指代了前面的句子，plans the use of ...to..不如plans to use简洁。D中将plans to和前面的is negotiating to并列，两者并不能很好的并列。D、E中用that指代card名词sale概括了前面的意思，更正了B、C的问题。
