这题语法上加they是说的通的。但08prep有说，有些情况下在and前加逗号，是为了让整个句子结构划分更清晰而已，而不是因为有两个子句。所以，特别是本题这种在and前有插入语，而且and的前后都是同一个主语的情况下，不用重复主语
