一道答案有争议的语法题，争议选项为BC，牛牛们来看看

这道题目的争议点出现在BC当中，有的地方给的正确答案是C，但是我查了很多论坛，都说相比而言B更好。因为C当中的比较双方是“wild animals”和“ that of livestock "也就是说比较双方不对称了。
应该选B还是C呢？

我觉得A和B都有个问题： more of a kind of fat 和 less total fat 不是平行的。
另外，B 比较的是宾语total fat, 我觉得还是补上 livestock的助动词较好。

不过，我觉得A选项除了我上面说得问题外，还有其他错误吗？they的指代会是问题吗？

不是NN,个人意见:
B和C选项比肯定是B好. B和C都有歧义, 一般如果than或者as前有两个名词的话,都会将动词补足以免产生歧义. 但这道题里B和C都没补出,所以都会产生歧义.
B可能的表达的意思: 1. wild animals have less total fat than livestock fed on grain (have total fat) 2. wild animals have less total fat than (wild animals have) livestock fed on grain
很明显:1的表达符合逻辑
C可能表达的意思: 1. wild animals have less total fat than (wild animals have) that(fat) of livestock fed on grain 2. wild animals have less total fat than that(fat) of livestock fed on grain (has total fat)  
这个情况下,2个意思都不和逻辑,wild animals不可能有livestock的fat.
所以虽然都有歧义,但B肯定比C好

A选项中的they指不清代,前面那么多复数名词,they不可能指代到studies.而且就算指代studies,逻辑意思也不合理:studies没法think

thought在这里不是做动词,而是做定语修饰前面的名词fat,所以一定要过去式
