我觉得C的with states opening 应该表示原因，而这里没有清晰表现出来。而with sth doing 这种形式也不好。。

是不是独立主格结构只能修饰最近的动词呢？

如果C里面没有那个逗号，我觉得with独立主格是伴随修饰be marketing的，但是有了逗号，我觉得是修饰前面整个句子的。伴随状语本来就是可以修饰前面的整个句子的啊。。

根据句意，states ......是个伴随而非表原因
with...只有在表原因的情况下可以不考虑逻辑主语，修饰前面整个句子
但此处是做伴随状语，所以肯定前面需要它的逻辑主语，而不是整个句子
所以句意上就错了
