我个人觉得D比B还要好，解释说D没必要用被动，这个确实，可是我觉得后面是说The rate...而句子是有比较的意思的，这样不是用D的the rate of...会更符合比较结构吗？

首先A、C 肯定先排除了，their指代不明
D、E排除都是因为后面应该是两个rate，所以应该用复数

我觉得Ac的their还是指代French people,问题在于比较不平行

对~我前面说错了，A中的their指代没有问题，是法国人没错，但是后面的in France就没必要了
C中的their指代的是fatty food，句意不对了
