我也查找了一下google，看来还是approximately 的形式用的多些。应该说是一个习惯的用法。

关于Astronauts receive extensive training to prepare themselves both physically and psychologically

个人认为是那个themselves的问题，因为前面动词其实是一个被动的行为receive，所以这里用them就可以了，如果是主动的，用反身代词倒是没有问题。

题5的反身代词，我觉得没问题, Prepare 的宾语和主语一致。同意 楼上 D 项 “少定贯词”的说法。

另外，题5，窃以为不应该有both, 它是形容词怎么可以修饰后面的副词呢？

approximate --> approximately（副词），也可以改为形容词的about，但改变原句子内在含义
近似地，大约地说
注：approximate表示大概含义来修饰数据时候，习惯用approximately，记住即可。无须钻牛角尖。
