c和d的语序不同，其他基本相同，为什么c优于d，就是因为would和will的区别吗？

比较C/D，C中According to Interstudy的主语是only开始的句子，其实质是一个研究成果，即：据XX组织所说，36％YY今年有利润；D中According to Interstudy的主语是it，也即Interstudy，所谓的：据XX组织所说，XX组织估计...；是否觉得D的表达很罗嗦也不合逻辑。这是语序问题。

estimates表明现在时，在时态上，would/will在此处都可以用，但是两个词的意思在一般时态上是有差别的，would强调主观意愿，表示：愿意，打算；而will则表达普通的将来时态，表示：将要；在这个句子中，would的主观意愿意思显然不合乎逻辑，所以用will。这是时态和情态问题。

D中that的指代，that一般不能单独作为指代。这个原则可以在考试中作为好的工具，迅速排除选项。这是指代问题。

还有个问题，是不是在it前面加个and，句子结构会给好？因为有两个句子存在

还是According to 有引导一个从句的功能？我只知道它可以加名词作为状语，表根据－－－
