关于代词指代错误的事情

列举一个简单的题。（本人语法基础较差，问的比较基础）

Paper productionaccounts for approximately 40 percent of the world's industrial use of wood, and

the market for paper is growing faster than it is for all major wood products.

(A) the market for paper is growing faster than it is for all

(B) the market for paper is growing faster than the market for all other

(C) the market for it is growing faster than it is for all other

(D) its market is growing faster than the market for all

(E) its market is growing faster than it is for all other

题目里面 it都有问题
C选项给出的解释说it可能是paper production 也可能是use of wood，对于代词是怎么指代错误的总是没有清晰的概念，是不是说：若it之前出现过两个名词或者名词结构，it就有可能只带混淆？    所谓的逻辑含义判断，在这里我感觉用不上，就是说不出问什么it总容易指代错误。。

it指代 market for paper  A is growing faster than B 但是这里is不对all不对

(B) the market for paper is growing faster than the market for all other

(C) the market for it is growing faster than it is for all other

(D) its market is growing faster than the market for all

(E) its market is growing faster than it is for all other

DCE里面its都指代paper，但是Paper在前面只修饰production，没有作为名词出现。所以不对。而且代词的话一样的代词一定要指代同一个东西。C 后面的It又有可能指代market所以更加不对

关于这道题，我的疑问倒在于and引导的两个句子看不出来平行哇？？？哪位牛人给解释下？
