我还是觉得有转折的意味在里面.如果表示时间的话,我觉得很难理解哦.

在这里，补充一个常识，在美国，很多无线电话公司提供保月制，比如：一个月$40，可以无限制通话。从逻辑上讲，这种服务的推出应该导致在一天内任何时间，一个手机用户可以随时随地地使用手机，但是，原文未划线部分说明，这种服务没有导致大家随意地使用手机。

所以，本题转折的味道还是挺浓的说。
