偶个人认为定语从句结构优先分词修饰名词

这里如果用BURNING会引起歧义,不知道是形容那个词的.

请牛牛指教!

C is wrong.

We usually say "either ... or ...", not "either ... along with ...".

那么如果是burning后面应该怎么用呢？

其实这题是考察分词结构修饰对象可能性不一问题，如果用removing,一般是做伴随状语，则让人感觉主要修饰动词address了，显然逻辑意思不对，排除D和E

which一般修饰就近的名词，因而是修饰logging, A中removal 是wordy & needless, 尽量用动词更简洁直观

原文中, selected trees 和 surface fires是并列关系，做removal的宾语，而C却用along with把二者变成了从属关系，且along with 引导伴随状语修饰remove，显然不符合逻辑

只有D对了
