就是这几个国家的经济，复数的原因我认为是代表不同的经济，所以取复数

我用排除法選的E, 可是我不解的是, 前後主語不同, 一個單數一個複數, economies的have為什麼可以省略啊?

加上后面的虚拟语气，OTHERWISE 或OR ELSE 都不能完整的表达 反之如果STH WERE NOT TO DO SO的意思，所以这题选B
