官方对B错误的原因如此解释：The use of more instead of greater inappropriately implies that there are now more numbers, rather than more gyrfalcons.
这里的more numbers和more gyrfalcons有什么区别的？more gyrfalcons不就是指的数量多么？

设数字集合A={A|a=1}，集合B={B|b=2}

B中的数字比A中的数字大（greater：2〉1）
但是B中的数字并不比A中的数字多（more： 1、2都只是一个数字）

its number指的就是那个数字，比方说1、2、3，所以用大小修饰（greater）而不是用多少（more）
但如果仅仅只是说数量的话就要用more了   eg:There are more red birds than black birds.

但是题目中用的是its numbers而不是its number。主要就是这个-s让我很是纠结

明白了，现在想想其实你在上次回复的时候就已经说得很清楚了，在这里numbers只是代表一个数字，自然用大小来比较，而不是多少。

读Manhattan语法读到倍数的表达部分（P256），正确的倍数表达的结构是：times...as...as 或者 times+n.

然而，Manhattan也承认，GMAT自己有时候也会犯这种错误，特别举了本例子来说明。
本题中的表述five times greater than是不规范的，因为即使在中文中，我们也很少说A比B多五倍，而说A是B的六倍。
所以这里规范的表述方法是its numbers are now five times as great as...

总的来说，一般情况下，倍数表达使用 times...as...as...或者 times+n.
