我看了OG说是从过去时态和完成时态考虑，但是我不明白了！！！我的思路是既然是发生在过去为何不用equipped反而是 have equipeed，二者意思上有什-区别？求详细分析，就在这里！！！
而且，说明一下，请大家不要说什-appear as appear to或者其他的区别了。就说OG上对于这个的解释就好！！

   后面只加名词，不要加其他的
 right: appear as+n.
   wrong: appear as +adj.

2. appear to have been
   表示好像

A项中 原本应是appear as （they are）``````但是按照OG上的解释，这里appear不能用现在时。另外，appear的固定搭配应该是用不定式。
