总是觉得D不够好。

因为是人可以"touch"的这件事使得activate，而不是人activate，所以我觉得这里的and并列的是encourages

D选项应该用activates

B虽然不简洁，但是语法逻辑没有错误。

个人prefer D,但总觉得activate缺少S还是说不过去,看了一会儿觉得B更好些,觉得是encourage visitors to touch 这件事情activate了function啊

不定式的并列，前一个to不可以省略，后一个to可以省略，也可以不省略（最完美的平行，^_^）

觉得这里是encourages....的措施导致了activate后面的结果，which指代前面这个句子？
