这道题答案选择是A,我想问的是是否while引导的分句若主语同主句主语相同，是否可以直接省略主语并且直接用动词的现在分词形式（如A中所言，这种语法现象已经不是第一次见到了）？还有A中的while和at the same time是否构成重复？

语法笔记中有关于省略的说明：大概意思是，当while/if等从句的谓语是be动词，且其主语与主句主语一致，可以将主语和be一起省略。。。。。

读起来A中的while at the same time很好   但是D里感觉就重复了。。。。。坐等NN

D的问题在于句子不完整 缺少谓语 前面是个分号 后面必须是个完整的句子
这里的while 个人认为是转折的意思 而且前后平行
