题意是说要想保护老虎不灭绝，就要禁猎，那些禁猎法令得以实施了，the survival of tigers in the wild will be ensured.
critical point：把老虎的生存阻碍拿掉了就真的利于老虎survival吗？不一定，可能是因为虎的繁殖能力下降等内因而致使数量变少，这样的话，禁猎也不一定起到作用。
最后一个包括了所有因素，而不是单独的一个。AC 都是个别指出。
