A的结构好像是 presume sth having done sth 或者说直接是presume sth
C的结构可以看作是presume that...省略了that。虽说宾语从句that不能省，但是我在做gmat语法的时候，曾经看到过有一题是把that省了，当时我还特意问过外国的同学，that省略有没有问题。
