Hello my friend, happy to offer up some thoughts here.  I would go to Depaul.  Why?  Well first of all, it is the most selective of all the schools you’ve listed, from year to year.  Secondly though, and perhaps most importantly, it has a GREAT reputation in Chicago, which is one of the biggest cities in the US.  Otherwise, you will make contacts…in Talahassee Florida?  L  Or in Ohio?  Go to Depaul my friend—it is your best bet by far.  Take it from me, after all I am here in Chicago….
