想读PHD做高校老师~大家给点建议在哪里读呢？

呵呵，是啊~机会成本哦……那你的意思是，读完PHD回来也不一定能找到高校的工作啦？~

我的意思是要是想去国内待遇好些的大学的话需要美国一流大学的phd或者post-doc。如果是较差学校的教职大概还不如读完master找个工作呢，个人感觉。
而且即使去了高校，压力也是很大的，貌似只有在北美拿到tenure之后回国会很舒服。
如果lz不痴迷科研，而只是喜欢高校里所谓的‘轻松’的生活的话，考虑考虑别的选择也许更好。

if you want to find the easiest way to get a university job in china, get an accounting phd. its all supply and demand, and accounting phd are best paid and easiest to find academic job for in the us. so almost no one goes to china. you can probably go to beida with a top200 accounting phd lol.

前几年在香港或者清华北大毕业的phd还能在国内勉强找到教职。我原来实验室的导师（现在是同济的副系主任）就是8,9年前英国的phd。但是现在情况不一样了，因为前几年学校找的年轻老师数量很多，现在空缺的教职不是特别多。基本在清华北大毕业的phd已经很难找到好学校的教职了。那个老师说如果想在国内大学找到教职的话，北美一流大学的phd（或者至少是博士后）几乎是必须的。
我感觉楼主单纯为了为国内大学当老师就读phd的机会成本是不是太大了。。。。

真的？之前有一个同学的回复也是说关会计PHD在美国很好找工作，但是top200回国能进北大还是没有那么简单吧？

我以前的室友就是读的accounting phd，我们学校graduate school其实挺烂的，SUNY-Binghamton...他之前的师兄读完了好像去一排名200+的学校了吧，起薪十多万，具体不清楚。听我室友说，目前这边accounting phd的需求还是不少的。其他专业不了解

那是不可能的，国内的学校最看重你是哪里毕业的，200多名？北大可丢不起那个人。
