悲剧 NIU这学校什么意思 让人看不懂

好多人都收到niu的ad了，但是自己的始终没有动静。昨天忍不住给MAS的advisor发了封邮件，却得到如下回复。
I have not received a decision admission sheet from the Graduate School.  I contacted them today and they indicated you need to submit a graduation certificate in Chinese to complete your application.

Upon reviewing your TOEFL score, I see that you do not meet the minimum criteria which is a 100 total score with a 26 in the writing portion. Therefore once I receive a decision sheet from the Graduate School, you would be denied admission.

I hope this does not discourage you too much in your desire to pursue further education at another institution.

中文的毕业证什么的一个月前就寄过去了， to-do-list上也没有东西了。这admission office什么办事效率？ 这criteria更让人哭笑不得， 我的t104 写作24，难道就一点希望也没有？这信得意思就是说，即便她收到admission office的letter，也要拒我？还鼓励我去别的学校。。。。

真无语。。。
NIU据说会计是不错，但是一个在usnews上连综合排名都没有的学校为什么要求这么严？让人很不理解。UIUC的macc也只不过是要求ibt103以下的上个语言课。。。

没排名和要求严格没关系，学校严格也是应该的。NIU还是不错的，也许是他们的失误导致，有其他选择也不一定吊死在一棵树上

严格倒也没有错 但是说话一点余地也不留
这个program录取的criteria反正我是没找到关于托福成绩的，只找到研究生总体要80以上。
况且，申请之前为了确定自己符合资格，还多次咨询过。
只是觉得这么不负责任的态度让人接受不了，感觉申请费扔得冤枉。
