b 選項明顯是as做比較時要加子句
c. 的case概括型名詞,概括後面的rely on prescriptions to be successful ,相對A選項的it 就不能指代動作
d. 同b , as 做比較+子句

没有as it is with 哦，这个是错误的。“ as is the case with Y，X ... ”就是说X和Y相似。其实是个倒装啦，as the case is with Y，X... ，就像Y的情况一样，X balabala
