毕业遇到金融危机，有一年多时间断断续续做了几份不怎么样的工作，所以不想在简历中强调

hey there, you have a great background and very good grades and GMAT score. From what I see here, thin look great, although of course it will depend on your work experience. Actually, if you were to apply this year, the length of your work experience (only 2 years) might be your biggest application weakness, because the average is often between 4-5 years, so another year or two of experience might really add a lot to your profile. But like, I said, it depends on what your actual work experience is, whether you have leadership or not, how many promotions you have gotten, and lots of things like that. hope this helps

Many thanks Frank. Actually I have 2.5 yrs continuous and solid work experience until now. Due to the previous financial crisis, I have ever changed several jobs in one year. So should I list all these jobs in my resume and explain the reason or I just leave this year a gap and explain the reason? Thanks again.

Don’t leave a gap when you actually worked. That would be silly, and put you at a disadvantage for no reason at all. But you definitely should explain why you changed jobs so much. The adcoms can be a bit suspicious if you have changed jobs too many times, but you know things happen. And people get laid off for financial reasons even when they are great workers…. So make sure that they know your STORY behind the changes.

嗯其實聽課跟network我倒不擔心，因為碩士是在HK讀的，聽課基本全英文的。但我就是不太適應標準化的語言考試，還有工作太忙實在沒時間複習。當然能把分數搞搞高誰不想呢，有個體面的T分信心也足一點啊。但我現在就是面臨可能不得不用95+去申請的現實，因為要去的話13fall必須走，大齡青年傷不起。

所以在這種無奈尷尬的現實下，有沒有類似經歷的朋友可以分享下經驗啊，謝謝了！
