一直不知道该如何给学校拒信，今天找了个模板，大家参考。

It is really my pleasure to learn that I have been offered admission to the Graduate Program of ## at the ##University . While unfortunately, at present I cannot afford the tuition and other expense all by myself. So, I am sorry to say that I have to decline the offer of admission from YOUR University with deep regret.
I know it may come as a disappointment to you, but it is really hard for me to make a decision . Department of ## at ##University is widely recognized as one of the most diverse and active department in the world, and I am very sorry to decline the chance to study here. Please accept my deep appreciation for your generosity.
