答案是C  不过我觉得很奇怪 为什么用have而不是用has  大家帮忙看看

因为是will have  they country....surpass China as ... most populous nation, 前后比较一致，好。

很难理解啊 这个怎么前后一致了啊have是一个动词 尔surpass又是另一个动词了啊，是分开来的两句句子啊。

就因为will后面只能是原型have，不能是has呀。。。
