就(C)来回答你的问题后面的improving会同时歧义地与aiming和decreasing并列.....

(A)就比较好, 只有decreasing和improving并列

至于policy后面接Ving或是Ved........, 这边的policy不是政府的policy吧.....

我说的政府法令的动作重复性释用于:

conditions, matters, orders, bans, regulation, rule, directive, bill + Ving

这道题选E，可我老找不出十分充分的理由为什么不能选C。是因为句子中比较的是动作，然后C将其变成名词，还是因为没有just like这种用法呢？请大家指点～ C的like接的名词比较项不对等，应该是 human being<->fruit, not breath <->fruit

这道题虽然很容易用平行结构原则来排除其它选项然后选择A，但是这里为什么用－ed来修饰policy？不是一般用－ing来伴随功能状态吗？--->idiom:记住。见longman的解释：[intransitive] to try or intend to achieve something
aim to do something
We aim to finish by Friday.
(be) aimed at doing something
an initiative aimed at reducing road accidents

答案为C。虽然OG里面有解释，可是觉得解释有点错。因为它说这句话的结构是have reduce x,y,and z and have raised efficiency，拿为什么C是....while raising. 书上在解释E为什么错时说因为while raising 没有逻辑指示物，那C不是同样毛病吗？----〉注意E的逻辑主语。

1，while, when, after,since，before 引导的从句，如果主语和主句的主语相同，可以简化为while, when, after,since，before+分词短语。   但是as，until，as soon as后不可以！！

2，加分词后when可以改为on或upon，while可以改为in。当然不改也行。本题就是没有改。           3，after，before, since，on，in后绝对不可用过去分词，用being。When和while可以。

期待着大家的指点，我不知是不是自己专牛角尖了～
