Vote for LSE... If ur good, it's not difficult to find an internship and then convert to full-time offer with LSE brand, though it's tough if you apply straightly through graduate recruitment in the UK. -- by 会员 elva2sam (2011/3/22 1:18:45)
how is LZ supposed to get an interview in HK w/ OR....? There must be at least 50 people w/ MSc. F or F&E applying to HK office, not to mention the ppl from Oxford/ Imperial or the U.S.... -- by 会员 jasonhaha (2011/3/22 8:50:56)
I didn't say HK..... I said UK...
Actually , I felt it's harder to get interview in HK than in the UK...... simply because there are more opportunities and more standard & competency-focused recruitment process in the UK. And those opportunities are open to ppl with diverse background, so a Finance-related degree won't necessarily place u in an advantage.... similarly, ppl with MSc OR degree from LSE are not at a disadvantage. As long as you are in those target uni(even only semi target uni), and interested in finance, everyone has equal opportunity, regardless of ur degree program . |
