Most of them didn't know very much. When you graduate, you started from beginning. Everything teach you the most is what you learn from your work. Nothing too much about school. The professor taught you like hedging, IRR, CAPM you rarely use at work.
As a new graduate..... if you finance degree, you would feel luck if your boss let you touch data. .... not even real money.
Any money really realated job at least has to be over 5 years experience. and your work is closely checked by your boss.
