这是manhattan上的一个句子修改后的答案，说的是平行
但是我觉得如果真的平行的话，第一个not应该放在have的前面或者第二个have去掉啊？
疑惑。。。求解答

umm....not惯例放在助动词后面. 第二个have去掉会引起并列的歧义.

赞同这个啊。。。。我觉得整个句子的平行信号词应该是。。。。or。。。。和。。。。but。。。。不知道有没有NN解答一下？

所以就是。。。。。。but。。。。。的并列对不对？中间还有一个。。。。。or。。。。。。的小并列对否？因为脑子里老是有一个not。。。。but并列，所以觉得怪怪的。
