是不是这样的   spending less time with each 是作为  plan that 的 结果状语 。plan 的两个内容 的最终结果 是 spending  less time with each . 而C选项 spend 在逻辑上 就不可以跟前面两项平行 NN 们有什么看法 呢

注意to see中的see也是动词，所以可以被伴随修饰。

但是,怎么还会要求require doctors to see more patients? 关doctor们啥事啊?

所以觉得这2件事死活也并列不起来
