我表意有错, 意思就是初审和仔细比较吧. 刚刚和phd office联系了下，大多数人的决定出来了，我们的没有出来，表示mkt系没有把我们的最终结果传给phd office.

hey janice, you are still obsessed with it, haha. mkt dept is in charge of the admission. phd office is a fairly small office dealing with extending offers/rejects as well as routine administrative stuff. next time, you can leave me a message on my fb. : )
