这也太扯了吧。University of Florida排在Yale前面。。。

I think that make sense. This ranking is a peer-reviewed one. Yale is somehow an elite-styled education, most of its students are either doing legal students or work outside U.S( in those international courts), and the rest of them probably work in politics. Not so many yale students work as lawyers, of course they score relatively low in this peer-reviewed rank. Btw, if one can get into Yale law school, why he/she even bothers to be a lawyer?

首先你们需要知道什么是SUPER LAWYER？美国是判例法国家，所有的法律诉讼，包括州法院和联邦法院的诉讼判决都会对美国的法律产生贡献和影响。所以在诉讼领域具有杰出才能的顶尖律师往往受到格外的推崇和关注。这就是各州（地区）选拔SUPER LAWYER的意义所在。比如THEGOODWIFE里面的WILL就比较具有SL的能力表现。美国顶尖法学院的优等生绝大多数会流向四大领域，按吸引力来排：1，联邦州法院的法官助理，2，重要国际组织和政府职位，3，AGA检察官助理或顶尖诉讼律师事务所，4，华尔街商业律所。而这个排名就是间接反映各法学院第3项指标的情况，哈佛，耶鲁，斯丹佛，哥伦比亚的优等生主要目标是123项。比如耶鲁的法官助理比例大约在32%，哈佛18%，而且这些人如果打算申请到法官助理职位，需要法学院的成绩排名和表现非常优秀。由于1，2项的分流，哈佛耶鲁斯丹佛毕业生数据在第三项SL比例自然要低一些，他们第四项比例也要低于排名靠后康奈尔，西北法学院。这就是不同学校不同级别不同背景的美国学生在从事法律和职业规划的基本分布。
