问题是：如果句首是时间状语，A选项不觉得少一个in吗？

感觉解释不是很充分。我觉得E比较啰嗦，不简洁after the time that 。还有and then 后面应该接动词。

有没有人觉得这句话的逻辑主语是the release of... 啊，然后主句的主语是their descendants, 所以我觉得A选项是错误的；有没有大牛可以讲解一下怎么判断谁是逻辑主语，求解答！！！

这里不用加什么介词，因为less than 35 years after……已经表达出了一个时间段（从release of African honeybees outside Sao Paulo 到少于35年之后），如果再用in的话，意思有点重复。而且用in不太准确，during更好。in 5 years表示的是在未来5年，通常与将来时连用。
