（1）如果所有者是humans, animals, and the like的時候，一般情況優先使用[A’s B]，但不有例外！
（2）如果所有者是not a living thing的時候，優先使用of phrase。
[common] "an ape's vocal tract" is preferred to "the vocal tract of an ape"
[exception] "the colors of the mural" is better than "the mural's colors".

额，名词所有格，如果是人的话就优先使用's结构，of结构一般用于物的所有格

这题很呵呵的，我还特地查了查书。如同lz所写，题目里面是“Friedrich Müller began”， 换句话说，friedrich没有被划线，
由此，E选项就是Spanning more than 50 years, Friedrich the career of Müller has begun。。。这是简单的语病，ls诸位大牛想多了。。。
