The differences btween one year and two year program are 1, internship in second year -- great for people without working experience but would like to work in Japan.  2, exchange program in second year -- you can go to UK/US and study for a semester.  3, research -- do a project either initiates by your or school.  4, long time for you to find a job and figure out what you want to do in the future.

ICS is getting better and a lot of my classmates got a job offer this year, if you want to get a job in Japan after graduation, ICS is definitely the place you should come.

How about the chinese students' placements inside and outside JAPAN?

Depending your luck, outcome can be quite different.  This year, Chinese students got placed both in Japan and outside of Japan for IBD and consulting etc etc, so it is not that bad.

我想要請問有關於Hitotsubashi International Corporate Strategy - MBA Program (2-year program in English) Admission Screening的問題：

1. 請問Hitotsubashi在遴選學生時，比較注意哪些要件？
   例如：外國學生與日本學生比較時，相對處於劣勢，或是優勢？(ICS是否會將ICS的外國學生比例維持在一定的比例以維持學生多樣性。)

2. 請問在準備Application Package時，要如何做自我的Appealing會比較受ICS的注意？

3. ICS僅要求2封Letter of Reference，請問我是否可以多附上一封？(兩封來自於職場上司，一封來自於前大學教授。)

4. 延續上題，請問ICS比較偏好來自於職場上司的letter of reference或是大學老師的letter of reference呢？

When you apply for ICS (I think not limit to our school anyways), you want to differentiate yourself from the rest.  Tell a compelling yet interesting story.  Ask yourself why ICS, Why Japan, how has your past experience, either in life or work, helped you come to such conculsion, and how ICS can help you in acheiving what you want in the future.  I think these are the main points you need to consider when you apply.
Like other MBA schools, ICS likes diversity, it is a big plus if you have a international background. But if not, prove to them that you work well with other races, because during your MBA, you would have to work with people from different countries, you need to tell them that you can handle that.
I think you can submit more reference letter as they say you can submit more information about yourself because they want to get to know you better.  Good luck!
BTW, I had to write in English because I am at work =)
