觉得,用or曲解了原文的意思,并不仅仅包括这两种情况我觉得,而且这不是这句的主要矛盾.个人意见

这道题其实只需要用到平行一个知识点，当看到when it is not的时候，就知道前面应该是 it is XXX

就可以选出答案了
