If it is just a type,do not worry about it.
My interview will be less than 1 hour and based on the information provided by the invitation email, it seems to be an individual interview-not a group one (I hope so).
I would also expect the interview to have some general HR questions (i.e. Why MFE?Career goals etc.) since the interviewer is Shari who seems to be a HR manager from outsider company hired by UT. But who knows... if I am going to be asked some very technical questions on programming, I am just prepared to get rejected=)
Anyway, will let you know how it goes. My interview is scheduled on March 6th.

yes it is Sunday. it is not the open-day on campus interview.I suppose the interviewer is paid by hourly salary, not fixed monthly income. it doesn't matter whether it is Sunday or weekday for him (I guess).
just be patient, I am sure more interview invitations will be come out very soon. I believe what I got is the one for local students and they are just in-person interviews.

谢啦啦啦~ 看到一个面经说面4个小时，各种刁难...就有点晃神~
UT发interview是一批一批的，按地区的。肯定最早是从加拿大的发，所以不要着急啦~
我完全没有programming的经验，连我都被发interview了，大家应该有信心啊！
网站上说3月初才是evaluation period，现在2月还没结束啊~
