昨晚太困了，今天又想了想：

一个咚咚 is being sold for three times the price (as )the drug's maker charges for another product

1，The maker charge 1$ for the product. 但好像不能说The maker charge the price for the product。1$是price的内容，和price还不是一回事。

2，另外如果that可以，那as也应该可以（price是抽象名词），因为as也是关系代词。3 times the price that/as和the same price that/as应该类似。那就2个答案都对。

至于as和that的区别只是在具体名词时才有意义：This is the same book as I read last week.(同样的但不是同一本书）This is the same book that I read last week.(同一本书）

所以从意思上和答案的数量上判断，我还是选at which。

1. what price should you charge to customer? 可见price是charge的直接宾语

另一个更清楚一些:Is it legal for a doctor to charge one price if a patient pre-pays and another price if insurance is billed?

it depends on who "banked with dirt", house or framework?

I think house is better, but framework maybe OK.

Anybody has the idea which is better between "to a height of three to four feet" and "as high as  three to four feet"?  I think former one is better than the later one.

very hard to choose.
