为啥我更想进排名倒数十名呢？

每个人CARE的东西不一样吧。注重性价比的人也许就看ROI。这个没有应该不应该，符合自己胃口最好。

1) 关于实习和海外交换
HEC学时是16个月, 实习和海外交换是如何安排的呢? 实习靠学生自己更多, 还是学校CAREER OFFICE会给有效支持和帮助? 海外交换申请激烈吗?  
2) 听说HEC的career office很努力, 具体他们提供一些什么样的帮助呢? 楼主能分享一下您对career office的感觉?
3) HEC 的氛围如何, 比如学习压力大吗? 同学之间collaborative吗?  一般用于学习和social的时间上是如何安排的?
4) HEC在中国的校友网络如何呢?

呵呵, 对HEC非常感兴趣, 所以问题比较多, 麻烦楼主了.

1.SEPT INTAKE的实习在3RD TERM，交换4TH TERM；JAN INTAKE实习或交换在4TH TERM，当然夏天自己也能实习
2.找实习都是双边努力，每个人情况不一样，所以EFFECTIVENESS也是仁者见仁。但每周会有公司PRESENTATION和内部JOB POSTINGS。
3.海外申请挺激烈，因为交换PARTNERS都是世界各地区的TOP TIERS（部分顶级名校未在官网公布，但他们在内网供选择比如YALE，MIT等）。SEPT竞争较JAN激烈些。筛选依照学习成绩及面试，贡献等。
4.学习压力看个人背景（有金融，财务背景会较轻松），每周都有BAR活动，看个人意愿是否参加了。HEC很多小组作业及PRESENTATION，typical collaborative。
5.HEC在北京上海有自己的校园俱乐部，毕竟MBA项目66年就开始了，很多香港台湾校友现大陆就业。

HEC has long history for MBA education and I think it should have a broad alumini networks around the world.

Have some other question about internship and exchange program.
1) Is exchange program compuslory? how long will it last?
2) how long is the internship peroid? is it paid or unpaid? I noticed on their website that the internships was included in the personalized mba track, such as the Individual Professional Project. is it?

1. not compulsory, it's all up to you. The duration of exchange program depends on the partner school you apply for, normally ranging from 3m to 5 m.
2. Internship really depends on the company you work in. In general, 4m's the minimum and includes the monthly payment depending on the your negotiation skills. Say, between 1200 and 1500 can be viable.
