答案为什么是B呢?我觉得应该是D啊?这个语序应该是怎么样的?

我都觉得是D，肯定不会是B。PP答案错。
' has been creative' 不能跟宾语了吧。

This is a tough question as least I have never seen "creative most". Probably the order can be reversed as such.

D has some problems: 1) consistently should describe "has been" from logical perspective = has been all the time; 2) "the most" can either describe "consistently" or "creative", thus the referent is not explicitly clear.
