ANSWER: C, 为啥不能选A呢？

用as 表达倍数的正确形式应该是：

**times as adj/adv as

原句是 three times the +n的形式~~

定语从句中，price 做charge的宾语，即charge +price , charge at price不合idiomatic。

我倒是觉得A可以不从倍数方面来考虑

如果选A 那么as作为连词所引导的句子就会缺少一个宾语

即后面的charge需要一个宾语成分

所以应该是that

可是as后面跟上的是一句完整的句子啊，有宾语的不是么？
