申请求助！请问有人申请过WPI的Interdisciplinary Program么？

本人申了WPI的MS Interdisciplinary Program，但申请材料中需要包括一份小米发来的Plan of Study表格要填，（上面除了填degree的需要课程，还有一栏Advisors & Plan of Study Approvals，貌似是要Advisor的签名) 我就纳闷了，还只是申请阶段哪来的advisor？小米回复说 "You may want to contact some of the faculty members in the departments you are interesting in taking classes in to ask for help.”于是乎，我就发邮件给 department的老师，说是ask for help filling out the form to complete my application（我就差这一表格申请就齐了），但已经一个星期了，还没有老师回复我的邮件，我就小着急了～ 要是那边的老师一直不回复我，岂不是我之前的申请工作全白搭了？～

请问有大侠填过这种表格么？给支点招吧!
