个人也认为C改变原意了，但是因为ABDE明显的it指代错误，所以只能选相对正确的C。

C的意思：今天年龄小于18岁的California 人中多于40％是西班牙人，同十年前大约35％相比。

A的意思是容易造成混淆的，年龄小于18岁的西班牙人占有多于40％，但没说是总共california人还是年龄低于18岁的人。。 另外，我觉得hispanic accounts for 是不是不好？应该是the number of hispanic accounts for，是这样吗？
