主要错误有两个，一个是两个不同的镇，一个镇的故事不一定发生在另外一个镇，两年的成功不能代表未来都能成功。第二个错误是那个打折计划。消费者未必需要同时在三个地方消费，可能不起任何作用。另外，如果这个计划长期化，很可能会出现套利者。他们买入给予第三家店的折扣然后转手出售获利，结果三个商家可能都受损。
