答案是A，但是我个人认为B也可以啊！
在这里in which 和where有区别吗？
后面的having the power to give and to take表伴随状态，逻辑主语是 the supreme being 不好吗？
急切盼望NN们解答

having the power to give and to take表伴随状态，修饰什么？这里会有歧义~可能修饰前面的floor呢~

像这种分词很容易产生歧义呢~
