Hey there! Happy to answer this question for sure. Generally, questions will stay the same. For most schools, 70-80% of the questions will remain. Stanford will always ask What Matters Most and Why. HBS will always ask about three accomplishments. And ALL schools will always ask about your career goals. But there will be some changes from year to year. Wharton made MANY changes, but most schools didn’t. Essentially, you can start preparing your apps based on last year’s questions. There may be one or two essays which you don’t use, but it is STILL time well spent. Hope this helps!
