第一题:估计是因为你没有看懂原句的意思：如果仅仅基于避免重复建设，那么在两个州之间新建大型医院是一种资源浪费。
while当连词表转折或时间。原句明显没有上述的意思，只是表假设。

第二题：ABE比较离谱。CD差别在于时态。D使用虚拟语气，但是原文没有虚拟的含义，他们确实能够自己做家务。(明显是中国人自己出的考题……)

第三题：这和平型结构不沾边……原句的意思是：过去数十年的对于语言和创造以及使得语言可以被理解的过程的研究揭示了复杂性，而不是潜在的简单性。
nature后面的 of 的宾语是 language and the processes that 引导processes的定从

第四题：说实话，我自己没作对。我选了E...从答案分析，A时态有问题，CDE都有一个共同点，强调天气不可预测。而B强调，我们没有预测天气的能力。恰巧和A的表述相同。无论是unforeseenable or be not foreseeable都强调的是自身的不可预测，而不是由于人类能力不足的不可预测。这道题楼主可以无视，典型中国人出的，忍不了……

像是第二题他选项要不要使用虚拟语气是看题目本身有没有使用虚拟语气来决定吗?
还是说是看搭配的字词的使用(如even if需不需要与用虚拟语气等等的)


另外
第四题我先把ACE删去因为句子最后的they had的they我觉得没有清楚的指代

丢人了，竟然没有看出来 they是没有指代对象的。。。。谢谢楼主~！

至于虚拟语气，楼主语法学的太死了，不好。其实没有必须要接虚拟语气的词。如果真的有这样的词，比如suggest等，那也是因为这些词的思意的原因。
虚拟语气的作用是表达与实际情况相反的内容。比如 as if 似乎。似乎当然就不是，所以自然虚拟。
请求、建议、命令、愿望的词后接虚拟语气。也是因为，既然是请求、愿望、建议、命令，就说明和实际情况不相同，自然要用虚拟语气。
even if 即使。这是让步状语从句，中文中归为条件从句，但都不是假设。
