中国区TOEFL-ibt考生用Visa卡是不是可以直接在ETS官方网站付款增送成绩？

大家好，小弟目前正在申请加送toefl成绩，发现用美元支付只要17美元，折合成人民币115元不到，而用人民币付款136元一份，等的时间也有点长，所以，想请教各位大侠，作为中国区TOEFL-ibt考生用Visa卡是不是可以直接在ETS官方网站http://www.ets.org/toefl/付款增送成绩啊？请操作过的大侠多多留言，感激不尽。    

就像我考GMAT一样，$250的考试费（折合成人民币1650左右），可人民币付款1880元，哇哦，多交230元。所以我当时就直接付美元了。

不讨厌啊 你肯定愿意在中国考啊 每次考试的分数是根据当天和你同一个卷子的人的水平来排序给分的 在中国的话毕竟存在一大批打酱油的 所以总体水平弱 拿高分容易
在美国的话 你和过来读中学然后申请本科的 或者某些来了2年的F2 还遇到在这里读PHD读了1年要转学 正好2年有效期过了的一起考 别人在美国都待了那么久了 听力口语发音肯定比我们强 总体水平比较高 拿高分更难


有得有失 何必这么计较  那20块钱省得值 还是少考一次省得值呢

谢谢大家的回复，昨天写了邮件，今天就收到ETS的回复，挺快的，ETS的官方答案是只能走教育部付款，呵呵，也就这样了，多交一点，提前两三天天申请加送成绩就好了。下面是ETS的回信了：
